Estimates:

If inquiring about an estimate please call (937)878-3601. Please be mindful that an estimate is not a guarantee. The price named in the estimate is an approximation of the repair requirements as described by the customer. We strive to stay within the estimate. However, the actual cost may be subject to change. If this does occur John Pierce Auto Care will contact the customer for further approval.

 

 Payments:

The full payment of the repair is due at time of vehicle pick up. We accept payments in the form of cash, checks, and credit cards. However, there is a 2% fee added if paying with a card.

 

Warranty:

We offer a 24 month/ 24,000 mile limited nationwide repair warranty.

 

Roadside Assistance:

We also offer a free Federated roadside assistance program. After your vehicle is serviced at John Pierce Auto Care, you are covered for 180 days after the invoice date. Eligible services include towing, jump start, lock-out services, flat tire change assistance, and fluid/ fuel delivery. You must call 1-800-351-8438 to arrange roadside assistance.

 

Job Completion:

The majority of our services are completed within one day. However, unpredictable circumstances may occur during the repair process, because of this we can not promise only estimate a completion time. John Pierce Auto Care will keep you updated throughout your vehicles repair process. We thank you in advance for your understanding. 

 

Key Drop Box:

In an attempt to make things easier on our customers we have installed a key drop box. If you are unable to drop your vehicle off during our normal operating hours you may utilize this box. It is located to the left of the front door with directions listed.
